Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, explain food items, and answer questions about ingredients and preparation
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
- Monitor tables and attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Maintain clean and organized dining area, including table settings and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments
