Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner upon arrival.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on dishes, and assist guests in making food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are consistently met.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Process bill payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or a similar customer service role in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive, energetic, and team-player attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling payments, splitting bills, and giving correct change.
- Familiarity with POS systems and standard restaurant operations is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant food safety training is advantageous.
