- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner as they arrive at the establishment.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about daily specials, dishes, and beverages, and assist guests in making informed selections.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all guest needs and requests are met throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards at dining tables, service stations, and floor areas.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently using various payment methods.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues gracefully to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and positive personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
