Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Deliver orders to tables and ensure all items are prepared according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, ingredients, or dietary restrictions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary training is a plus.
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
