- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner upon arrival.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on dishes and beverages, and assist guests in making informed selections.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently, ensuring correct order delivery and optimal timing.
- Check in with guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any requests or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Process bill payments accurately and efficiently using the restaurant's Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress, Server, or similar role in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling payments, splitting bills, and giving correct change.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and standard ordering software is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; food safety or hospitality training is a plus.
