- Greet and escort customers to their tables in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner.
- Present menu items, provide detailed information about ingredients, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring all restaurant presentation standards are met.
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any requests or concerns immediately.
- Prepare and deliver the bill, process payments accurately, and thank guests for their visit.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized dining area, including setting up tables and clearing dishes efficiently.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and management staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Server, or similar front-of-house role in the F&B industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is highly preferred to interact with international guests.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and card payments, and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma; additional certifications in hospitality, food safety, or bartending are a plus.
- Impeccable personal grooming and a strong commitment to adhering to uniform and hygiene standards.
