As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, playing a crucial role in ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and completely satisfied with their dining experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Present menus, provide detailed information about dishes, and make recommendations when asked.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- Serve food and drinks to guests efficiently, ensuring correct order delivery.
- Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or complaints.
- Prepare and present the bill, process payments accurately, and thank guests upon departure.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Outgoing, friendly personality with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and operating POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
