Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality, friendly table service to all club members and guests.
- Maintain deep knowledge of our food and beverage menu to provide excellent recommendations.
- Ensure the dining and lounge areas are kept clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Manage customer orders accurately using our POS system and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a professional, service-oriented mindset.
- Assist with event setup, decor, and specialized service during sports matches and club events.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant, cafe, or sports bar setting.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and conversational English.
- Energetic personality with a genuine passion for guest service and hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Well-groomed appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure during peak sports viewing hours.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is highly desirable.
