Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and serving food and beverages
- Ensure dining areas are clean, well-maintained, and properly set according to establishment standards
- Accurately process payments and handle cash transactions with attention to detail
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Address and resolve guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide accurate information
- Participate in opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning stations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift trays weighing up to 25kg
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
