Hygge Social Cafe is seeking a vibrant and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic hospitality team in the scenic Ungasan area of Kuta Selatan, Bali. Embracing the concept of 'Hygge'—coziness, warmth, and friendly community—our cafe is dedicated to providing comforting food, excellent coffee, and a memorable atmosphere for both local and international guests.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, guiding them to their tables with a friendly attitude.
- Present menus, answer questions about ingredients, and provide thoughtful recommendations on food and drink options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them promptly into the POS system.
- Deliver dishes and drinks to tables efficiently, ensuring excellent presentation and temperature.
- Check in with guests during their meals to ensure high-quality dining experiences and address any additional requests.
- Process table bills accurately, handling cash and card transactions with precision.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the dining and service areas.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth, synchronized service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Server in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant.
- Warm, engaging, and hospitality-oriented personality with outstanding communication skills.
- Conversational English proficiency is highly preferred to accommodate international tourists.
- Strong multitasking abilities and a calm composure during peak, high-pressure hours.
- Good understanding of basic food safety, hygiene standards, and customer service principles.
- Familiarity with modern POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Currently residing in Bali, with easy access to the Ungasan / Kuta Selatan area.
