Tanggung Jawab
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient table service to all guests
- Accurately take and process food/drink orders using POS systems
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of dining areas and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Process payments accurately and maintain cash handling procedures
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant/hospitality service preferred
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of local Balinese cuisine and beverages advantageous
- Valid food handling certification preferred
