Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and daily specials
- Take accurate food/beverage orders and relay to kitchen/bar staff
- Deliver exceptional service with attention to timing and presentation
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for synchronized service flow
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns proactively
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented
