Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive table management and personalized recommendations
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance revenue
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless service flow
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols consistently
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage products
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Valid food handling certification preferred
