Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed food/beverage recommendations
- Accurately take and relay orders to kitchen/bar staff
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash/credit transactions
- Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate seamless service flow
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with strong customer focus
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
