Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service including order-taking, food/beverage delivery, and timely refills
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and special requests
- Upsell menu items, promotions, and beverages to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly with a positive attitude
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Assist in opening/closing procedures and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in waiter/waitress or similar front-of-house role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of food service techniques and table etiquette
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Basic understanding of POS systems and payment processing
- Proven customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
