- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Monitor table cleanliness and maintain a well-presented dining environment
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions securely
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers to increase restaurant revenue
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
