Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional table service including order taking, food/beverage delivery, and payment processing
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through attentive service and personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate seamless service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Adhere to hygiene standards, safety protocols, and company policies
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of food and beverage items
- Participate in team training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or hospitality service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent English proficiency
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and service protocols
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
