Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality service by greeting guests, presenting menus, and taking accurate food and beverage orders.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our food and drink offerings to provide insightful recommendations to guests.
- Coordinate efficiently with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set according to restaurant standards before and during service.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a professional, solution-oriented attitude.
- Perform opening and closing side work, including cleaning and restocking stations.
- Process payments and handle point-of-sale systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality service role.
- Possess a genuine passion for customer service and high-level hospitality.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Indonesian and conversational English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional presentation.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player.
