Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming dining experience upon arrival.
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner, adhering to presentation standards.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions efficiently.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 10kg).
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (or basic English proficiency).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
