Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service to guests throughout their dining experience
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders using POS systems
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen/bar staff for timely order fulfillment
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate cash floats
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

Kualifikasi
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
