Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, providing menus and water.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit card transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
