Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, seating, and attending to guests' needs promptly
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Deliver orders to tables efficiently while maintaining food presentation standards
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance guest experience
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in waiter/waitress or similar hospitality role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Indonesian, Japanese, etc.) are advantageous
- Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
