Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive, and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions about dishes and beverages, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high standards of presentation and temperature.
- Monitor dining areas to anticipate guest needs, refill drinks, and clear tables promptly.
- Process customer bills and handle cash or card transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic dining and service station in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or in a similar customer service role is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
- Strong teamwork mindset and a willingness to assist colleagues when needed.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Flexibility to work shift hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
- A commitment to maintaining excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards.
