Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage items to guests.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages, ensuring proper timing and presentation standards.
- Clear tables promptly and reset dining areas for the next guests.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a smile.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and restrooms.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and tipping.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work on your feet.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
