Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide a professional introduction to the menu.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Cashier duties, including processing payments and managing cash drawers accurately.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Excellent grooming standards and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems is a plus.
