- Provide attentive table service with warm, professional demeanor
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen team
- Ensure timely delivery of dishes and maintain table cleanliness
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Assist with daily restaurant operations and inventory management
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain seamless service flow
- Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve concerns diplomatically
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak service hours
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for hospitality
- Physically capable of standing/walking for extended periods
- Valid food handling certification preferred
