- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely food/beverage delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions with precision
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to resolve order issues and accommodate special requests
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of dining supplies
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication
- Learn and promote café specials, menu items, and promotions
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
