Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks with precision, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues professionally to ensure guest retention.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guest.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Hospitality or Food Service.
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
