Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and making them feel comfortable.
- Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, resetting tables between service.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not strictly required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
