Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service including greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food/beverages
- Ensure dining areas are immaculately maintained throughout service
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent qualification
- Quick, proactive, and detail-oriented work approach
- Experience in food service or inventory management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Basic mathematical skills for order processing
