- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables with a smile.
- Present menus, provide detailed knowledge of our wellness-focused menu items, and answer any questions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels throughout the meal and address any concerns or requests immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, including polishing cutlery and wiping tables.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
