Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests, present menus, and provide detailed information about our signature dishes.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments efficiently using the POS system.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with grace and professionalism.
- Perform opening and closing side-work duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Upsell daily specials and promote beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold company safety and hygiene standards consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive team player with high integrity and a professional appearance.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Flexible availability to work on a shifting schedule.
- High school diploma or vocational school (SMK) in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
