As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that every guest feels valued and well-cared for from the moment they arrive.
Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, guiding them to their tables, and accurately recording their food and beverage orders. You will also serve orders efficiently, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and handle cash transactions with precision. - Welcoming and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Presenting menus and answering questions about menu items and specials.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely and organized fashion.
- Checking on guests during the meal to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Clearing tables and resetting them for the next guest promptly.
- Processing payments accurately and courteously.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not always required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong attention to detail when taking orders and handling payments.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift light objects.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
