Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive, presenting menus and answering any initial inquiries.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Willingness to undergo health and safety training.
