As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our resort, responsible for providing outstanding service to our diverse international clientele. Your role will encompass everything from greeting guests with warm smiles to taking accurate orders, serving delicious meals and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure proper presentation of all items
- Monitor tables and anticipate guests' needs throughout their dining experience
- Process payments efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
