Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service including greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food/beverages
- Present menu knowledge and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and meet hygiene standards
- Process payments accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless service flow
Kualifikasi
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
