We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant team in Bali. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rp 3.100.000 to Rp 3.800.000, which includes a service charge after the successful completion of the probation period. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and seat them at their preferred tables with a welcoming demeanor.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions regarding ingredients or preparation.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met and guests are satisfied.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and process payments securely.
- Upsell menu items and promote loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- High level of energy, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure during peak hours.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and hygiene protocols.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable personality.
