Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring presentation standards are met and refilling water glasses as needed.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and hygiene, assisting in clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or special requests.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is preferred but not strictly required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Neat, professional appearance and a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
