Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive table management and personalized recommendations
- Accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems while maintaining order accuracy
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Present menus with detailed knowledge of ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and diplomacy
- Maintain pristine dining areas through systematic table clearing, resetting, and sanitization
- Execute cash handling procedures including payment processing and reconciliation
- Contribute to daily operations through opening/closing duties and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant environments
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak service periods
- Professional appearance and polished customer service etiquette
- Basic mathematical aptitude for order accuracy and cash handling
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
