Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in a timely and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff
- Deliver meals and beverages to tables promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Present menus and explain healthy food options to fitness-conscious patrons
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate cash handling
- Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
