Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional table service to guests, including order taking, beverage service, and meal delivery
- Present menus with detailed knowledge of dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly to ensure positive experiences
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Assist with opening/closing duties including restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar front-of-house role
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) to serve international clientele
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced dining environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
