- Warmly greet and seat guests, providing menus and daily specials
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders to kitchen/bar staff
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining food presentation standards
- Process payments securely and efficiently using POS systems
- Monitor table cleanliness and restock dining supplies
- Resolve guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen team for seamless service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of restaurant or food service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP)
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
- Positive attitude and team collaboration mindset
