Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and ingredients to guests.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries, take complaints professionally, and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, tables, and service stations.
- Process payments accurately and secure the restaurant's revenue.
- Cross-sell specials and beverages to enhance the overall dining experience.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English are highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
