Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our restaurant POS system
- Deliver orders promptly and efficiently to the correct tables
- Have thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens
- Present bills and process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, tables, and service stations
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Pleasant demeanor and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer skills for order processing
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
