Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, seating, and attending to guests promptly
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash/credit card transactions
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining areas and adhere to hygiene standards
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English proficiency (Bahasa Indonesia fluency is a plus)
