Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service from arrival to departure.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on ingredients, and offer professional recommendations on dishes and drinks.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them through the POS system efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with grace and professionalism.
- Perform opening and closing side-work duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (verbal).
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Energetic, reliable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
