Tanggung Jawab
- Provide warm, professional service to all guests upon arrival and throughout their dining experience
- Present menus, explain offerings, and take accurate food/beverage orders
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Monitor table cleanliness and replenish supplies as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Process payments efficiently and maintain accurate transaction records
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized dining environment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant/hospitality service preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Physical stamina to stand and move continuously during shifts
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
