Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional table service with attention to detail and personalized guest interactions
- Accurately process food/beverage orders and communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Maintain pristine dining areas through systematic cleanliness protocols and table resets
- Build rapport with diverse international clientele to enhance repeat business
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information
- Handle payment transactions efficiently and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and hosts to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards in accordance with Indonesian regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or resort hospitality environments
- Fluent in English with strong Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and genuine passion for guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-volume, fast-paced settings
- Basic knowledge of wine service, cocktail preparation, and coffee culture
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 15kg
- Valid food handling certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
