Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, using our POS system efficiently
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences and daily specials
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant or similar establishment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak hours
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays with multiple items
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
