Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service including greeting guests, presenting menus, and taking accurate food/beverage orders
- Ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages while maintaining high presentation standards
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash/credit card transactions with precision
- Maintain clean and well-stocked dining areas throughout shifts
- Upsell menu items, specials, and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene protocols
- Assist with opening/closing duties including setup and closing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Previous restaurant or hospitality service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Exceptional customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Physically able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
